Annual subscriptions include a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.
New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. Your subscription begins automatically after the trial unless cancelled.
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
"User Content" includes all information, data, photos, and materials you upload to the Service. You retain ownership of your User Content.
By uploading User Content, you grant Showsafe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

The Breeding Marketplace allows users to list stallion services and semen for sale, and to connect with other breeders.

Marketplace fees may apply to certain transactions. Current fees are displayed before completing any transaction.
The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Showsafe and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

The Service is a management tool and does NOT provide veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your animals. Gestation calculators and health tracking features are informational only.
We do not guarantee any breeding outcomes, conception rates, or foal health. Breeding success depends on many factors outside our control.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

We may send notices to the email address associated with your account. You are responsible for keeping your email current.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
