How does the free trial work?
Create an account and you get 14 days to try it with up to 5 horses and 10 breeding records. No card is needed. If you don't subscribe, your records stay safe and readable; you just can't add new ones until you choose a plan.
Does it work on my phone in the barn?
Yes. BreedingPro runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, so you can log a heat or an ultrasound at the stall and see it on the office computer straight away.
How do my clients pay their invoices?
On the Farm and Pro plans you can connect your own Stripe account in Settings. Clients then see a Pay button on their invoices in the portal, payments go straight to your Stripe account, and the invoice is marked paid automatically. Stripe's standard card fees apply; BreedingPro doesn't add a fee.
Can my staff and my vet use it?
Yes. Invite team members by email: 2 on Breeder, 5 on Farm and unlimited on Pro. They work in your farm under your plan with the role you give them, and every record shows who added it.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your records are private to your farm and your team, and gallery photos are never shown publicly. If you delete your account, your data is deleted with it.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, any time from Settings. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
Which breeds does it support?
All of them: Thoroughbreds, Quarter Horses, warmbloods, Arabians, ponies, drafts and everything in between.
